Santa Monica Boulevard Reconstruction RFP Released

City of Beverly Hills has released a request-for-proposals for the upcoming Santa Monica Boulevard reconstruction project. We’ll cover it in more detail shortly, but be assured it includes “consideration” of bi-directional bike lanes (even if the language maintains the usual defensive posture).
