Pilot Construction Begins

Gotta hand it to our Transportation division: no gesture is too small to suggest its indifference. As the construction notice says, those folks waited until the very last week of the fiscal year to get started on Pilot program bike lanes. (Hat tip to reader Ellen Lutwak.)
