Three Kinds of Safety

I came across a post concerning three different kinds of cycling safety on David Hembrow’s excellent blog, A View from the Cycle Path. He identifies actual, subjective, and social as the three key safety-related perceptions. David goes into considerable detail about each aspect of perceived safety, which suggests a solid beginning for a bike awareness & safety campaign here in the States.
